Salad bowl ideas

I am looking for a salad bowl -- want something more wide than deep and not made in China and not wood (eg looking for ceramic) any suggestions?

Sur La Table has a bunch of Italian made ones. If you want something plain, duralex makes glass ones.

Love Heath Ceramics, made in Sausalito, CA. I have two of the large serving bowls (http://www.heathceramics.com/large-serving-bowl) and love them. They make a shallower (http://www.heathceramics.com/shallow-salad-bowl) one as well.
