Does anyone know if this works like Kohls cash? I have a few things to return but I don't want to use the Old Navy cash if it's going to be deducted from my refund. TIA

No, it won't be deducted from your refund.

That's good to know. I assumed you would lose some value if you made a return because you seem to with every other "cash" promotion.
