Quick- Can we stay in house after air duct cleaning?

We had our air ducts cleaned today (brush system). Can we sleep at the house tonight? There was some dust residue, but we vacuumed and wiped it all down. We feel like there's still some in the air, but could be our imaginations. Thanks.

Yes, I think it should be fine. But I am surprised that you are finding dust in the air? Perhaps this is not the same service we provide, but our guys cover all the vents in the house and then suck all the dust out into a truck. There are some tools they use for loosening debris and dirt, but I have had this done many times at my home and have never had any dust in my home after they've left.

Maybe run your fan if you don't have the furnace or AC on, so that your filter will take care of the remaining dust?
