DH has been having major stomach/GI issues- won't go into the details here. His GI doctor has suggested he try a low FODMAP diet for a few weeks, to see if it makes a difference.

We've been looking it up a lot online, and the info is pretty overwhelming. I won't go into the details of the diet here, but I'm wondering if you or anyone you know is actually on or following it. So as not to re-invent the wheel, I'm looking for some simple meal ideas. We don't know yet if he'll commit to it long term, but we want to do it properly for a few weeks to see if it makes a difference.

Any low FODMAP meal ideas...please?

My doc recommended it for me. It's too hard to follow - it's so restrictive. One way to short cut / look for auto immune protocol(AIP) recipes. It's not all exactly fodmaps but close.

My SIL has been on it for several years, and I have another friend who has been on it off and on. He is currently "off" because they put him on an even more restrictive diet trying to figure out the root of his digestive issues.
Both of them like this blog and I have used her recipes when cooking for my SIL:
