Leftover ham recipes?

I made a ham for dinner last night. We have quite a bit leftover. Any favorite recipes that call for ham? TIA

No specific recipes but quiche, strata, bean and ham soup, sandwiches.

We had ham and black beans over white rice the other night with left over ham. My kids also love ham, potatoes, carrots, and cabbage together. Cook in broth in slow cooker or Instant Pot. Or ham, potatoes, and green beans with cream of mushroom soup. I put chopped up ham in scalloped potatoes too. Or use it chopped up in omelets and throw in whatever else you like in omelets.

If you have lots left over you can freeze slices in freezer bags and then use them for any of the above when you need a quick dinner. That's what I usually do when I make a large ham and have left overs.

Those look good! I don’t have everything for this recipe but I may try adding ham and cheddar to boxed TJs cornbread.

I've made something similar to that first one with bow tie noodles, ham, and green peas and my girls really liked it.
