It's honestly just repackaging. The components are exactly the same! The games are available as apps through iTunes, so those update automatically.

Darn! I'd never heard of this before but it looks really cool! Wish I'd seen when it was on special - would have ordered for YDS. Hopefully they'll do another one further into the holidays?

I ended up getting sidetracked and not ordering either, so I'll be looking for a deal as well!

Haha, you're not going to believe it, but the 30% off deal is back! The Crayola DOTD sold out, so Amazon put Osmo back on sale! Sale is only good for another hour though! Hope you manage to snag it one of these times! ;)
