I know the collective BBB wisdom can point me in the right direction on this one :) I work pt from home and frequently need to schedule calls with people outside of my small company. Is there an app / tool where I could send a link to someone I need to schedule time with and they could select from available times I've pre-loaded? Icing on the cake is if it's free! TIA

I use youcanbookme. It syncs directly with my google calendar so the time slots shown to the receiver are only those times I'm available. I block of lunch and any other time I need to so that someone can't pick a time I'm technically available but don't want to fill with an appointment. You can select start and end times of your day and days of the week to show and then set how long each block is (like 30min intervals). I have my unique youcanbookme link in the signature of my email and someone can book an appointment with me without having to ask me for the link. There is a paid version but I've found the free version meets my needs just fine.

There's also an appointment slots feature available via google calendar but you have to create them ongoing and provide the url to the person. It's much more labor intensive.

We use doodle polls for this purpose, when it's outside my entity. Free and easy.

Freebusy is another free one. It syncs with outlook calendars, among others.

I've used Doodle at work for quite some time and started using it to schedule get-togethers with friends/family. Super easy.
