Did you add them up manually? My first order was in 1998 (!) - back when they pretty much only sold books.

The link walks you through how to run a report on your amazon account ( who knew there was that option) I think it only goes back to 2006 you past the report into a spread sheet ( also instructions on how to on that link) the spread sheet will total the report.

Direct link to order history report https://www.amazon.com/gp/b2b/reports (which technically is items, not number of orders, FWIW)

2445 + the 30 or so items I ordered prior to 2006.

Not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing! I just ran the report but can’t do much with it 'til I’m at my computer ... but it’s already clear that I’ve ordered more stuff than I ever realized.

Since 2006, but have had an account since 2002......633 orders.......$17,217.05! DH has an account too, but he always orders off of mine.

I wish there was a way to do this for returns! 🤪

ETA: I placed 5 orders between 2002 and 2005 and I still have 3/5 items (2 beauty books and a Weber Q bbq) and what I no longer have is the cover for my Weber Q bbq (it ripped during a storm) and my Palm Pilot that I returned a month after I got it because it didn’t work! Order total for that period was $360.92!

There is! In the report type drop down, there are options for returns & refunds. I wish it included digital orders. I'd love to have an excel report of the books I have.

ETA because I hit submit too quickly - the report isn't entirely accurate.

For instance, I ordered a dvd player and it lists the cost as $105 and the price was that but I got it as a lightening deal and paid $80.

Makes me feel SLIGHTLY better about the 8K I've spend since 2006.
