Mine is at 30% today for most, a few things 50%.
Selection was poor. I wouldn't drive unless you know they have what you are looking for...
I'm midwest if that helps.

They were marked. The clearance toys were all moved together to two aisles between toys and bikes/scooters.

Sorry, just realized you were asking about the funtainers. They were in the normal location and marked. It was Spider-Man, tmnt, hello kitty and frozen.

Ours was very picked over. Some numnum containers at 75% and shocking plushes at 90%, but nothing much else.
