Foolproof slime recipe?

I need an easy slime recipe for 8/9 year olds. TIA!

There are so many easy slime recipes on-line. Generally, glue (white or clear-we buy it by the gallon, white is so much cheaper) liquid starch or borax dissolved in water or contact lens solutions and maybe water. You can add shaving cream to make it fluffy. Food colors and stuff to make it fancy is fun too. For that age group, I'd find a couple of you tube videos, let them watch and then let them experiment. That is seriously the best part. DD2 has so much fun trying different things to see what works best. We bought DD2 some disposable zip lock bowls to make the slime in and small containers to keep it in. Pinterest has links to the science behind slime and I'm sure you-tube has videos.

About how many kids' worth does this make? Ds has his birthday part this weekend.

I guess it depends on the kids and what is a "serving size" for them to play, but I'd say 3 kids :)
