I'm tired of winter and would love to think spring and get ready.
I have a water resistant NF zip-up coat, but I'm trying to be a bit more fashionable/ on-trend, and was thinking of a motorcycle/ biker jacket. I also ordered a field jacket. I'd just like something cute, and not so utilitarian, and I'm open to ideas.
Would like to keep it under $200 (or preferably under $150).

Thanks for any ideas! :)

I love the longer Athleta jackets. I have one from last year that is a little different than this one, but similar elements.

One would never be enough for me!! I have:
A tan mid thigh trench coat
A black mid thigh trench coat
A navy polka dot knee length trench coat
Denim jacket
A knit blazer
A Title 9 fleece
A purple North Face rain jacket
A black North Face shell, fleece lined (I wore this the most this fall)
Probably some more too. ;)
I go with what makes sense for my outfit and the weather.

I have a seventeen-year-old button-up Liz Claiborne brand leather jacket (https://www.thredup.com/product/women-liz-claiborne-black-leather-jacket/33929427?referral_code=adwords_pla_dc02&modal_trigger=click&utm_campaign=30,931,289.00_Women_Jackets%20&%20Outerwear_0.55_33.99_Liz%20Claiborne&gclid=Cj0KCQiA_JTUBRD4ARIsAL7_VeU3d9ylKGwdJTDKdofc iKV12GnhqlQDR3Y-XSGJkhHFQzzEO314siEaArHWEALw_wcB) for warm-but-not-hot days. (This isn't my jacket; mine is identical.)

It's a little worse for wear, especially on the arms where I've caught it against clothing racks at the mall, but it's not in "must-replace" shape.

For cooler days, I wear an orchid-pink Columbia down jacket that I bought on clearance at the Columbia outlet. (This one (https://www.columbia.com/womens-tumalt-creek-jacket-1682451.html?cgid=women-jacketsVests-insulated&dwvar_1682451_variationColor=340#start=10) is similar, but not identical.)

And for getting DD at the bus, I wear any number of beat-up fleeces.

Spring coats are a joke in Chicago. It goes pretty fast from cold to warm, so an unlined coat doesn't work all that well. My fav coat for Spring is my Boden lined raincoat. I don't think they make it anymore. It was recommended here years ago and it's still my goto.
