If you can wait a couple months they're always plentiful at garage sales. You could also do an ISO on local FB buy/sell groups. I don't think you'll be able to find much quality for $10 new.

We got cheap ones at Walmart back in the fall for camping with the Cub Scouts. Not rated for super cold weather, but otherwise fine. I want to say they were $8.97.
