Anyone use their kitchenaid mixer for minced meat?

I'm planning to get a KitchenAid Artisan mixer and apart from cakes/cookies I want to grind meat when I need minced meat for burgers, pasta etc. I know you need the grinder attachment. How successful were you getting the end result be like store bought minced meat.

We routinely grind beef with our Kitchen Aid. We usually run it through twice. It works well, but the texture is not identical to store bought.
Our mixer and grinder attachment are over 20 years old, newer ones may be a little different.
