View Full Version : Quick baking question
I am going to be making a muffin recipe that calls for 2 cups of flour. Could I use 1 cup AP flour and 1 cup whole wheat flour? Would I need to change cooking time or anything else?

I do it all the time. No changes needed but whatever you're baking will probably end up being a little more dense.
