Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/Stride-Rite-Phibian-Sneaker-Toddler/dp/B01N2H5T7U/) has Stride Rite Made 2 Play Phibian Sneaker Sandal Water Shoe in Toddler/Little Kid/Big Kid sizes (various colors) for as low as $6.70 (regularly around $38), depending on the size/color combo.
Kohl's (https://www.kohls.com/product/prd-2313807/stride-rite-made-2-play-phibian-boys-water-shoes.jsp?color=Black%20Red&prdPV=1) is also clearancing out these summer shoes, but with fewer sizes available.

If you want to see a list of prices for a certain size in each color, without having to click on each color, it is pretty simple. Just select a shoe in whatever size and color combo (it doesn't matter which combo, you can select your preferred size on the next page). Then scroll a bit down. There are the pictures of all the shoe colors, then the description ending with "washable materials for easy cleaning." Right below that is a link that reads "New (x#) from $x.xx." Click on that link.
On the next page, for "Special Size" click "Lowest Offer for Each." Under "Size" click the size you want. Under "Color" click "Lowest Offer for Each." The results will then list the lowest price for each available color in your selected size.
