Warmest Men's Dress Coat?

For a Canadian, my husband is super wimpy about the cold :) :) He has a nice warm down coat that he loves but he needs a new dress coat. He owns his own company and wants something nice looking. Cost is not a big deal, just something classic he can wear for a while. Any suggestions?

DH has one like this from Brooks Brothers Factory Store (their 346 brand). He has to walk along the river for 10 minutes to get from his garage to his office and I've never heard him complain about being cold. It was around $400 IIRC.
