Anyone here live near Studio City, CA? Can you help me get a giftcard?

If you do, I would like to ask a favor. I know this is a long shot, but I need someone to buy and mail me a gift card. There is a restaurant that my friend loves, she lives in CA and I live on east coast. I called to order a gift card, and they do not let you order gift cards over the phone (dont offer online either). I was hoping to order one and send it to her family for the holidays.

Restaurant is Jinya Ramen Noodles.
