Photo Book recommendation

For the past 7 years I’ve ordered my parents photo books using iPhoto on my Mac. This year they have discontinued their books and calendars :( I loved them so much and they were so easy to make on my Mac.

Does anyone have a go to that they use? I want hardcover high quality. And user friendly. I’m a tech person but hate using terrible web software.

Oh! The company that Apple used to print their books has picked up the service in their own name. It's Mimeo. I haven't tried it yet, but my bestie did and says that she barely noticed a difference putting her photobook together and the finished project looks identical to her Apple books. https://www.mimeophotos.com/
