Plain greek yogurt with best by date of Nov 10th. Just opened today. Smells like sour cream...ha ha.

I'd toss, but I am rarely in the keep camp. Food poisoning just isn't worth it to me.

I would eat it a week over, but not a month. Greek yogurt is so tart, I don’t know if I would be able to taste whether it had turned.

My guess is that yogurt is probably still good 3-4 weeks past date, but I personally only eat it about a week or week and a half past date.

I volunteer at a food bank and we automatically extend the date on yogurt by 1 week. I think it's a guideline from the state. So I think it would be absolutely fine and I wouldn't hesitate.

We have eaten yogurt way past the date. As long as it looks and smells fine I think you are good. I think you should be able to tell the difference between normal yogurt smell and rotten yogurt smell. That's what I tell myself, anyway! :ROTFLMAO:

I've also eaten some way, way past it's date. You really can see and taste/ smell when things are bad. Just don't bother with dates. Look at your food and decide. :)

I just had a plain Greek yogurt for lunch the other day with a date of late October. Still alive.
