More mojo...4 days isn't very long, but it feels like an eternity under the circumstances! In most places school either just got out or isn't even out yet. Many people will be looking in the next few weeks. Your buyer is out there!

Is that typical for your area? You can simply look at something like Realtor.com to see how fast places are selling or going under contract. Around here if a house sells fast it’s because it’s priced well and in good shape. If price is too high, no ones going to come. I assume all the comps were run and you priced right though. [emoji4] Good luck!!!
