The other thread mentioned that most people feel optimal at around “1.5” for thyroid. What if I’m usually around .6 or .8? Does a lower level associate with certain symptoms?

I would say I feel amazing. Anyone else have low TSH levels?

I feel best under 1. Perfectly normal.

As long as you feel good and aren't having symptoms that's great! I really think I could go lower and feel better, but I'm not feeling horrible so I'm ok. My doctor is willing to increase meds as long as you don't have symptoms of hyperthyroidism (jittery, anxious, heart palpitations) and did increase my dosage last time when it was 1.6.
