There is a whole foods close to me and I heard good things about buying meat there--chicken, lamb etc.. When I went it was very confusing with rating of 1-4 or something and it was too busy to ask to find out. Does anyone know what it means? which meat do you buy? is it worth the price/

Here's the summary

I'm fine with even a 1. A 1 there is still better than a lot of the options you would get at a mainstream grocery store. I've been buying my meat at Whole Foods for years. At one point we made the decision that groceries from there were worth spending more on. Eventually I got to mostly just buying meat and dairy there and everything else at places like Trader Joe's (other staples , baking stuff, and yummy prepared foods) or Target (cereal, condiments, pasta...). Now I have less time and haven;t been as diligent but ordering Whole Foods through Prime is a great option now!
