I am a lifelong sports fan. This is the first time *my* team has won a championship! I'm so excited! GO NATS!

I didn't really watch the series that much, but did catch bits and pieces of the games. I was hoping they'd win too. When I turned the game on, it was during the 7th inning as they were switching pitchers the first time. When I saw the homerun that put them ahead I was hoping they'd be able to hang on to the lead, so I was excited when I woke up and heard they won. My son on the other hand was very grumpy about it :ROTFLMAO: and he's not even an Astro's fan.

I was rooting for them as well even though they initially beat my Brewers to end our season. What a way to keep fighting when they were behind in each series. Never give up!

Ha, that's kind of cute! :) At Nat's Park they have retired Expos jerseys around. And when it was throwback day, they wore Expos uniforms. :

Ditto except replace Brewers with Cardinals! Also I really do not like the Astros and the clown-built ballpark. So glad they aren't in the national league anymore.
