Training roller skates recommendations?

My dad wants to get YDS some training roller skates for his 4th birthday. He would prefer to buy in-store. Any recommendations? YDS wears a size 12 in Stride Rite.

If you want adjustable size, we had these. They have others that are not adjustable size.
