Afternoon Wedding what time wear?

I don’t know how casual this will be. It’s a second wedding for both parties and it’s extremely small. It’s also in Utah, so it will be cold! My sister is lending her fleece-lined tights and I will wear heels.

I have a short faux wrap dress that’s in reds and burgundy florals. I also gave a black fit and flare style dress that’s a fancier fabric. Would either work?

I am not positive I am picturing both but I think either will work. Dress pants and a fun shirt would too.
