Identify this rash

DS 12 woke up with this rash. I am out right now so wont see him for a few hrs. DH had him take a shower. I asked if it was itchy and DS said a little. Sounds like just trunk.

I was thinking maybe heat rash? Is it hives? He isn't allergic to anything that I am aware of but he does have some asthma/eczema periodically.

My DS looks like that when his skin is really dry. He has very sensitive skin and occasional issues with eczema. He is not good at using lotion, so I stay on him for a few days to make sure he is keeping up with it and it goes away.

Your pic isn’t showing up on my phone very well. Does he still have the rash now, hours later? I would take him in to make sure it isn’t strep related.
