Anyone use earplugs for sleeping? Have any recommendations for me? I think I need these as I’ve used a sound machine for a while, but feel that isn’t the best thing for me now. DH’s c-pap machine is really noisy at times and I have trouble falling back to sleep if I wake up and it is super noisy.

I do! I had been moving to the couch before that of dh’s snoring was too loud. I’ve been using them for a few years and love them. I use the disposable foam ones that come in a huge pack.

I wear the disposable silicone ones. I’m tempted to have a custom pair made but I haven’t taken the plunge yet.

I used to use the silicon ones from CVS but got some custom made ones from the place that does hearing aids and LOVE THEM -- life altering. maybe about $200

I use the disposable silicone ones and a sound machine to cover the snoring. I love them and never worry about losing them or traveling with them
