new/used treadmill.... any tips? Walking map apps?

We just did an early morning pickup for what I think was a FB marketplace steal! This Life Fitness F3 treadmill was $350. Can you suggest any apps where DC and I can "walk/run" in various locations? We'd love to explore some big cities, national parks, wherever... We are SO sick of the only routes we can walk from our corner of our neighborhood. I think I saw something on iFit when shopping online for new treadmills. What else do you know is available?

And how about management tips for kids wanting to use it. Ours are 6th, 7th and 9th graders, so I'm hoping they may have enough sense to use it safely...but not sure. Do your high schoolers use them?

My old gym had treadmills with built in scenic routes like you describe. I really loved those! Alas, that gym closed and I never noted the brand. If you can get one integrated into the treadmill that would be better than an app unless the app can show your route at various paces. When you’re running, you want the scenery to be going along at that running pace.
