Emergency declutter questions! Pls help!

What, if any, medical/dental records/receipts do you keep? Going through older stuff, then newer. Getting baked for bedbugs tomorrow. I am so stressed!

I only save simple medical/dental documents with our tax paperwork. Basically any receipts we would need if we got audited. We keep the years worth of tax forms and receipts in a standard size 9x12 envelope. We'll save that for a few years, otherwise everything else gets shredded.
