FYI if you have been on the fence about getting Minecraft now because you figure it's run it's course...my soon to be college kid and all of his friends that are a year older are currently playing together online (have been for weeks now). He plays on his laptop. Dh and ds2 are currently playing it on our XBox. We have more than gotten our money's worth out of it!

Minecraft is the best. My boys are totally obsessed. They were very excited about the nether update that just came out. Even DD (14) will sometimes play, and she has ZERO interest in video games (except Just Dance).

My boys (14 and 11) started playing Minecraft again too. It's definitely a video game I've never minded them on and it's great they can play with friends.

Agreed it's been well worth the money. I continue to be amazed at what my DD builds and she's only been playing for a couple months. Now if I could just figure out how to wean DS off of his other games....

My rising senior has been playing with all his friends too!

My 11 year old doesn't play though.

My 4 kids play together. My 17 year old enjoys playing it with his siblings.

My kids (11-14) are connecting with an 8yo down the street, and other kids around town. It’s cute to hear them chatting over FaceTime audio while playing.

Yes! My 14yo has been playing with his friends for the past few months. I thought we were done with Minecraft years ago, but it’s definitely resurfaced in our house! Over the past 5 or 6 years we have bought it for Android, iPhone, X-Box and now PC. ��

Dh just downloaded Minecraft Earth for his phone too. We have allll the types of Minecraft here!
