Anyone do any shopping in the early rounds? What did you buy? Did they come already? If so, what’s the verdict? If you are of no status, like me, what’s on your wish list? I’ve looked at a few blogs for inspiration but not much has jumped out at me.

I picked up sneakers for DS1, Caslon T-shirt’s for me which are going back, a pair of jeans that may go back. I’m waiting on a leopard top and leaopard sneakers. We’re not going out much so I didn’t have the usual desire to shop.

I got some cute button fly Madewell jeans that I love (and already ordered a backup pair). I ordered a Theory trench that I'm still waiting for, a Madewell tote, a Nars lip set (super cute in person!), new adidas sneakers for myself & my son. I'm forgetting some stuff - I bought too much!

I shop the NAS like it's the Olympics every year, but just don't need much this year.
Apparently, between storms in Iowa and Chicago, there are significant delays. There was looting in Chicago as well, so it's been a tough sale for Nordys.
I'm only an Influencer level, but my favorite Ts sold out the first day for the Icon's and have not been restocked. I'm sad about a $12 tshirt, but will get over it!!
Supposedly they haven't recieved as much stock from suppliers due to Coronavirus, so there is so much that sold out early.

- So far I think I am keeping. Beautiful drape, very oversized I ordered Med and am about 30lbs overweight. Only downside is that sleeves are on the longer side and aren't very fitted at the cuff, so don't push up well. Still deciding on if that's a deal breaker, but otherwise goregeous. If not for the sleeve thing, I'd order in the fawn color too.

Natori Cherry Blossoms bra (https://www.nordstrom.com/s/natori-cherry-blossom-convertible-underwire-bra/5052241). I have been a huge fan of Natori Feathers bras for years so I tried this one and I actually think I like it more than the feathers one so I ordered 3 more in the colors they still had in stock.

Beauty Blender set (https://www.nordstrom.com/s/beautyblender-electric-feels-set-56-value/5600356): 2 blenders, and mini blender cleanser. This was a good buy for me and will last me about a year.

Returning:
Naturalizer knee high wide calf boots (https://www.nordstrom.com/s/naturalizer-sterling-knee-high-boot-women/5614980): I am returning these. The shoe part fit fine, but I didn’t think the calf was wide enough.

Just didn’t like it. Seemed very overpriced to me. Funny thing is that I had been looking at this style of bag for years and thought the small to large capacity would be awesome, but the bag was just completely underwhelming. I have two 10+ year old nylon bags from Kate Spade that have zippered inner pockets and lining and I love them so maybe I was expecting some of that as well and this bag was just nylon with nice leather straps. If it had been $59 like the Tumi bag (https://www.nordstrom.com/s/tumi-voyageur-just-in-case-packable-nylon-tote/4984832?origin=coordinating-4984832-0-1-MOBI_PDP_1-recbot-frequently_viewed_snowplow_v1&recs_placement=MOBI_PDP_1&recs_strategy=frequently_viewed_snowplow_v1&recs_source=recbot&recs_page_type=product&recs_seed=5578704&color=FOSSIL) (that also slides onto to a carry on luggage) then maybe I would be keeping it, but for a basic nylon bag (that just happens to fold up nicely) I just didn’t see the allure of it. I thought about ordering the Tumi bag now, but decided against it because I am not traveling anywhere.

I bought a few things after all. I am still waiting for the Gibson twist pullover. I bought one last year and really like it. None of my stuff has arrived yet so no reviews.
I bought 3 Caslon t-shirts because they are my go-to. I was happy to get black, grey and berry. I know to get a small vs my typical medium in those.
Zella 7/8 leggings (will be normal length for me since I'm short). I am looking forward to full length leggings with the leg pocket.

Fewer things than usual this year, as I’m only wearing scrubs to work currently instead of business wear. Need just a few cute, comfy weekend outfits though. I’m feeling like oversized sweaters + leggings/skinny jeans + chunky boots will be my weekend uniform.

I don’t have a Nordstrom CC so I haven’t received anything yet.

Same here. I have not bought a piece of clothing since covid started. However, we just bought a new house and spending plenty on that.

I had to buy casual clothes once I started working from home. 90% of my wardrobe was business casual; the other 10% was t shirts, workout shirts, and denim shorts, and jeans. For the weekend I had two to three pairs of jeans and I rotated with t shirts or the business casual blouses/shells or cardigans/sweaters, and then would wear business casual to church. I feel so luxurious spending $250 total on 3 pairs of Beyond Yoga leggings, but I figure they are my new jeans. I just had to order a replacement of the Asics running shoes I bought in April because I have worn them out with our daily walks. Regular shoe wise I bought a pair of Tieks and a new pair of Birkenstocks.
