Anyway to get a discount on BarkBox subscription?

My kids want to get the dog a BarkBox subscription for Christmas. I think the boxes are cute but I don't want to pay $26/month for 6 months. I think a 3 month subscription would be fine but I'm not seeing that an an option. Are there ever any discounts on the monthly subscriptions?

There are coupon codes for $5-10 off first box (just Google Bark Box coupon code) and Chase credit cards have 10% off.
