If you're a teacher, first responder, or medical professional, you get 20% off through their Discount Program (scroll to bottom of home page). You have to provide proof. I think you can combine the $30 with your 20% discount.
PM me for link and sizing advice (generally you need to order 0.5 up for flats and sneakers, 1 up for loafers, 1.5 up for Points. Flats and points should fit LOOSELY as they will shrink a bit over time and with washes. You can always tighten the fit with a thicker insole.
