My current sleeping game is so off right now. I'm DEAD tired at night and fall into a heap by 9:00 only to awaken at 1:00 in the morning still tired but full of worry. Last night it happened again but I was able to get back to sleep by listening to an audio book. My wireless earbuds are so uncomfortable though that I repeatedly had to switch them out based on what side I was sleeping on, lol!

I think I could really use one of those headband/bluetooth deals. Anyone care to recommend theirs? I'm assuming they are very comfortable. Does anyone wear them throughout the day as well as at night? I'm curious about cost and durability too.

I constantly listen to something while at work (at home) these days and my current set up is switching between my cheap JLab earbuds (that hurt my ears and don't give great sound) and my wired iPhone earbuds. I much prefer the sound and comfort of the wired phones but if I'm moving around or need to charge my phone I have to switch out for the Jlabs so I actually wear them quite often.

I'm looking for something better for day. BUT I also think I could really use something I could use at night!

Would love to see your recommendations.

Can you get a wireless charger (https://us.anker.com/products/a2503?currency=USD&variant=39295736283286&utm_source=google&utm_medium=shopping&utm_campaign=us_anker_conversion_alltime_shopping_ wireless_purchase&utm_content=AnkerWL&utm_term=%7B12233343532%7D_%7B115578784005%7D_%7B4 95770395813%7D&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI7ob0v4j18wIVgonICh29OgRmEAQYAiAB EgJ3HfD_BwE) or two for your phone? This way you can listen to music during the day and then keep your phone at length while you charge it? If you have an outlet in your bedroom then you can keep your plug in headphones on at night if they are more comfortable than earbuds. I haven’t used my wireless charger since Covid (it is still at my desk at work) because I use my wireless over ear headphones at home (but I didn’t want to use them in the office because they were too big).

FWIW I have these JLabs earbuds (https://www.jlab.com/collections/earbuds/products/jbuds-air-sport-true-wireless-earbuds?variant=16541477994568) that I use for working out at home and they pretty much tune out my family and the sound quality is better than what I would expect from a non Bose brand of headphone. I don’t think I would want to sleep in them but for working out they work great. (FWIW: I can’t stand traditional ear buds….Apple for example fall out so I have never seen the allure of AirPods, but maybe AirPods could be an option. My husband and Dd1 love them)

I have this one https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0915CND4H/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1

It doesn't feel particularly high quality, but it gets the job done, and I've had it for several years and it's been fine. The little ear pieces slip around in the headband so you can position them over your ears, but if you toss and turn a lot they tend to shift. I have no idea about the sound quality - not my primary concern when I'm listening to sleep cast type of thing :)

I've had this one for several years. I've used it on flights, but other than that I only wear it to sleep.

I’ve never had a head band but I listen to things at night nearly every night. When I go to bed and later if I happen to wake up. I use one AirPod now (it falls out at some point), but what has worked in the past for me is to put wired earbuds under my pillow. I’m a side sleeper and I can hear it without it bothering DH.
