I just joined MFP too. I am sadiesmom2003. Please friend me so I can commit to this and lose the 10 lbs that I put right back on after losing it last summer/early fall!

I am sidmand on MFP. I come and go but am trying to stick with it better!

After reading about so many success stories and having a 70 year old :eek: patient tell me she lost 25 lbs with MFP I am going to try it! I have a lot weight that I have gained since high school and I need to get healthy again!!
