I haven't seen the newest baby bargains, but freecycle.org is a great resource. I found out about it from the hospital. My community is very active, and I've seen everything baby-related on there, from cribs & mattresses to changing tables, rockers, infant tubs, lots of clothes, baby towels, toys, high chairs, baby gates, etc. And it's all free--from people who no longer need it and are happy to pass it along.
