www.twopeasinabucket.com has a digital scrapbooking section. If you register (free) and go to http://www.twopeasinabucket.com/digitalKits.asp , you'll find kits you can download and use with Photoshop. The kits include the digital equivalent of papers, fonts, borders, graphics, etc.
