Ugh, is anyone else having a hard time getting back on track after Easter??
I kind of just ate whatever I wanted on Sunday, and now I think I'm going through sugar withdrawal again. (At least, that's how I'm trying to explain away this massive headache today.) I think part of my problem is how easily I lost control when I decided it was going to be a non-tracking day. It was sort of demoralizing - if I can't control my portions on one day, how on earth am I ever going to move on from tracking, even when I lose all of the weight I need to lose? Am I going to have to weigh, measure and write down everything for the rest of my life? That's a depressing thought. :(
Anyway, just wondering if I'm the only one here on Thursday still trying to get back on track from the holiday?
