Teddy Bear party

I'm really enjoying this forum so far!
I am planning a simplified do-it-ourselves Build-a-bear party for my twin girls 2nd birthday. I have months to plan, but I get so excited that I wanted to start gathering ideas. I picked up teddy bears after Valentines day on clearance for like $1.50 each. They are just classic teddy bears with no hearts or anything Valentiney. So I thought each child will get one, and we might add some kind of accessories. My ideas were little tutus and fleece scarves because they will be easy to make. Any other ideas? I'd love to make the accessories myself, or if there are ideas for inexpensive things I could buy to add.
Any other ideas for food or decorations? Thanks!
