BBB yahoo group

Hi there, I'm hoping someone out there can help me figure this out. I tried to join the BBB yahoo swap group, however when I respond to the membership approval form, the e-mail is bounced back to me with an error message stating that
"Your message was rejected by mta8.grp.scd.yahoo.com for the following reason:

this message violates our delivery policy which disallows Bcc's to list owners (#5.7.1)"

I went through Outlook and made sure the Bcc option is turned off, but my e-mail is still being bounced back. Can someone help?!?!

Unfortuantely I tried that several times, and the email for the administrator bounces back...I thought someone here would see it and be able to help me figure it out.
