Our neighbors just had their second DC, a baby girl. When we had our DD, they thoughtfully gave us a Vulli Chan, which is about a $12 gift. I'd like to reciprocate, but my go to baby gift is a personalized hooded towel, which is a $35 gift, and I want to sort of match their price range so as not to make them feel uncomfortable. Any suggestions?

Maybe a cute pair of ministar shoes from target? Similar to Robeez but cheaper. You could also do something like a board book for baby for $5-6 and a small gift for the sibling like a color wonder set, play doh, sticker book.
I also noticed lots of Sandra Boynton cd sets at Costco today for $12. Philadelphia Chickens, dog train, etc. My kids love them and it's kid music I actually enjoy.
