FAA advisory re carseats on airplanes

This is not new, but I came across it today and thought it should be posted here in case people want to print it to take with them on flights to prove they can use the carseat rear-facing.

also interesting in here is the reasons that a carseat can't be in the row in front of or behind the exit row. And why a carseat can't be in an aisle seat (because the flight attendant may need to climb over the backs of the aisle seat to get to the exit row when the aisle is blocked)
