I know that this topic has been discussed in the past. I don't recall this site being mentioned, though. Just wanted to pass this along...

As mentioned before, there is no cost to you and NO DISCOMFORT to you or your baby. It is not an overnight process, though. You need to have the paperwork in usually by Week 35.
