Few quick questions about Disney restaurants

1. Are the bibs available for toddlers or do I need to bring my own?
2. Are there toddler utensils available?
3. Will they give you a kids cup with lid or should I bring dd's sippy for water?

In every case I can remember from our August trip, kids were given cups with lids and straws for their drinks.
