Help choosing (metal) balance bike!!

Our preschool boy is 41 inches tall and about to turn 5 years old (so short-ish for his age)

Would like a decent quality balance bike, at a good price (less than $100 would be great). Bonus for several height options so it works for our next child when he's ready as well.

Tried a friend's Puky a couple weeks ago and it seemed great. Also see the Kettler, Strider, Kazam, Kinderbike...what is the favorite and why? I would rather not get the Skuut or a wooden bike.
