Best place to find discounted tickets?

So DH apparently booked us a deal through Hilton where we have to do a timeshare presentation at their Hilton Grand Vacations resort in Orlando sometime in the next year. It is a 4 day/3 night stay and he wants to take the girls back to Disney. The last (and only) time we did Disney we stayed on property and got the free dining meal plan with park hopper tickets for a week. It all came as a package deal pretty much, so I didn't look around at different ticket pricing. Is there a time of year that ticket prices are cheaper due to less people traveling? And where should I look to get the best pricing? We would probably just do Magic Kingdom, or maybe Magic Kindom and Epcot, though I'm also contemplating trying Universal Studios instead (see another thread for that!).

They are rolling out changes in the ticket prices this month, more details here. We aren't planning a trip this year so I haven't researched the details yet. https://www.mousesavers.com/disney-t...-october-2018/
