Custom Make a Wedding Gown in Boston??

Has anyone had a good experience with having a wedding gown custom made in the Boston area? Willing to share the name of the seamstress? I think I want to have my gown made, but I am really nervous!!!! A bridal shop has given me a name of a "reputable" seamstress, but I've heard so many horror stories from people who say NOT to do this!! I'd love feedback from anyone about this topic, good or bad... Thanks!!

My friend has had luck with Emilia Creations in Lexington. I met the woman and she seemed quite nice. Another (non-wedding) dress made for my friend was beautiful and quite well-made.
