instant pot mac 'n cheese (with peas, ham or tuna) YUMMY recipe!

We're cleaning out the cabinets, prepping for our renovation and found evaporated milk and elbow macaroni. I just made this quick recipe and subbed 3 cans of tuna for the ham. Everyone loved it!
