It's adorable! The only thing I can think of is that you might not need to say "age" 2, but maybe just 2 by itself. It doesn't flow as well for me with the "age" in there.
Also, you can put "regrets only please" if that's all you want people to call with, but the way you have it is fine too.
It's really cute, and really, you don't need to do anything to it to make it cuter! Good work!
