My son switched to Aussie instant freeze hairspray. It works and he didn't care for the goop feel of gel
Got2be glued freeze spray It sometimes lasts through 1 1/2 hrs of soccer practice. I have an 11 yr old who spends more time on his hair than I do.
Does this work for cowlicks? We can't seem to manage those, but I only tried using my own gel. These sound heavy duty!
DS1 (12) uses American Crew Fiber on his hair. He tells me he is going for that messy styled look ;)
